Role:

• Responsible for overall site management
• Identify any problems with on-site work activities and provide solutions
• Monitor site labour, materials and plant resources to meet master programme
• Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants and sub-contractors for progress of works
• Ensure proper safety conduct and standards of all site operations
• Prepare regular report to Project Manager for review the project performance

Requirement:

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Building Studies or equivalent
• At least 8 years’ site working experience in building projects
• Strong supervisory, analytical and leadership skills
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Cantonese
