Role:

• Execution of daily engineering works and supervision of construction progress according to the programme
• Liaise and coordinate with resident site staff, consultants, supervision team and subcontractor
• Prepare site planning and technical method statement for tender and pre-qualification submission
• Routine quality control for site works including all the compliance testing and method of construction

Requirement:

• Degree holder in building engineering or related disciplines
• At least 3-4 years’ site working experience in building projects, especially in public housing projects and precast construction
• Experience in structural work co-ordination will be an advantage;
• MHKIE (Building) or other similar professional qualification preferred;
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Cantonese
