Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for the clients and provide a positive first impression through friendly and efficient customer service, and handling with customers enquires in a professional manner
• Perform general teller operation, including financial transactions, remittance and account set up and maintain working knowledge of client accounts etc.
• Assess risk when business decisions are made, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, to escalate, manage and report control issues with transparency
• Support back-end branch operations and adhere to relevant guidelines and procedures
• Maintain working knowledge of client accounts as well as new and existing products and services offered and educate clients when needed

Qualifications:

• Secondary education or above
• 1-2 year(s) relevant counter services experience are preferred
• Excellent customer servicing operation, with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent command of MS Word and Excel
• Customer-oriented, self-motivated and detailed minded
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Putonghua will be an advantage
