Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and handle daily phone-in and email enquiry
• Perform Windows and Linux server operations, routine maintenance, trouble-shooting and incident handling
• Setup Server
• Perform system monitoring 

Requirements 

• Basic knowledge in system backup and user support
• Basic IT knowledge
• Diploma in Computing Studies or equivalent
• Willing to work over-time, shift duty 7X24
• Responsible and able to work independently
• Familiar with Windows and Unix platform is preferred
• Knowledge of Web server, Email server, FTP server or DNS is preferred
• Fluent in Cantonese and English, Mandarin is an advantage
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant System Engineer
