Job Responsibilities: 

• Assist in full spectrum of company secretarial matters for HK and China companies to ensure compliance with corporate governance, statutory, regulatory and group requirements
• Assist in preparation and documentation of the directors’ and shareholders’ meetings, attend meetings and draft minutes
• Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties on all related company secretarial matters
• Maintain company secretarial records, statutory filings and related documents
• Assist in departmental administration and participate in ad hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements: 
 

• Degree holder or its equivalent in related discipline

• Associate / Student member of HKICS/ICSA
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience gained from professional/commercial fields, experience in PRC company secretarial matters preferred
• Well-versed in HK Companies Ordinance, knowledge in PRC Company Law an advantage
• Good command of English and Mandarin
• Strong PC knowledge in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
• Self-motivated, proactive, well-organized, detail-minded and able to work independently
• Occasional travel to PRC is required
• Candidate with less experience and qualifications will be considered for the post of “Executive – Company Secretarial”
• Working Location: Tsuen Wan, New Territories, HONG KONG (near MTR)
