Package Information: HK$38,000 – HK$55,000 (Highly Negotiable) per month Depending on Experience and other great benefits will be offered (13 Months Guaranteed Salary & Bonus Scheme)

Essential Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Civil, Structural, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Atleast 2 years Façade specific Technical experience with consultant OR contractor background
• Must have a strong technical background and experience in of various façade systems
• This position requires strong technical abilities in building façade and construction
• Fluency in English, Cantonese, both written and spoken will be an advantage

Roles & Responsibilities

• To assist Design/Engineering team in developing design drawings from 'Tender and/or Design Intent'
• To verify the Curtain Wall fixing details with structural layout / details
• Carry out Curtainwall detail for structural/engineering calculations
• To assist issuing all construction drawings to Projects Team
• Provide detailed engineering computations and analysis as required for report submissions.
• Coordinate with Sub Contractors, client consultants such as architect, structural engineers to determine best façade design outcomes
• Provide design sketches and reports are required for schematic, design development and constructions phases of projects.
