We are seeking an influential leader with sales & marketing experience to formulate and execute strategic business plan to achieve the company’s goals including a successful implementation of the Peak Tram Upgrade Project. Based in The Peak office, you will be a senior leader formulating sales, marketing and public relations strategies and lead the team to success.

 Key accountabilities

• Oversee the sales, marketing and public relations function. Develop and execute the respective strategic plans for the Peak Tram and the Peak Tower to maximise exposure and maintain the positive brand image of the company, increase visitorship and visitors’ per capita spending
• Lead the sales function of the Peak Tram and the Sky Terrace including but not limited to new pricing strategies supporting the Peak Tram Upgrade and management of sales platforms and partners.
• Participate in tourist trade shows, organise familiarisation tours and deliver effective communication to all prospective agents and customers.
• Plan, execute and monitor marketing activities including digital marketing and joint promotions with tenants, media and corporate partners.
• Develop and maintain excellent relationship with Hong Kong Tourism Board, trade partners and media.
• Handle complaints, media enquiries and external communication during crisis to ensure positive company image is well managed.
• Collect market intelligence, analyse sales & marketing results, and provide reports for management review.
• Work closely with Head Office for branding and corporate communications

General Requirements:

• Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing or Public Relations preferred
• Minimum 5 years’ management experience in sales & marketing field
• Positive and approachable, analytical, influential with strong conflict resolution, communication and leadership skills
• Self-motivated, independent and well-organised
• Travelling is required
