POSITION SUMMARY:

This role is to assist the regional merchandising team to handle all general aspect for CK brand. From sample coordination, market week preparation, analyze and maintain all sort of excel reports as well as follow up on orders and quality issues in order to work effectively and efficiently on responding to market needs.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITY OF THE JOB:

• Responsible for setting and maintaining merchandising reports, from order form, line list, line sheets to SI and ST data as well as assisting in analyzing the necessary information for CKP business.
• Assist in market week preparation, prepared all necessary materials in order to help facilitate a smooth and productive market week.
• Responsible for managing samples, from delivery tracking, organizing to packing and unpacking.
• Follow up on orders and quality issue in accordance with company standards.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Candidate from Fashion or Merchandising related discipline will be an advantage
• Great skills in Excel spreadsheet
• Excellent interpersonal skills, independent and well organized
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Fluency in English
• Available from March 16 - April 30 2020 (Full Time)
