Our client is a well-known and one of the largest global financial services organizations, they are now looking for HR talents to join them.

Responsibilities

• Manage full spectrum of HR functions in recruitment, C&B, employee relationship, training, performance management and payroll
• Work closely with line managers to provide professional advice on recruitment strategies/manpower planning for supporting business operations
• Assist to review, update and develop various C&B projects, HR policies, procedures and regulations to ensure in compliance with legal requirements
• Prepare various HR reports and analysis for management review
• Ensure the overall administration of the salary payment, pension and taxation
• Perform other ad-hoc projects assigned 

Requirements

• Degree holder or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 6 years of work experience in HR in sizable companies / financial institues
• Well versed with HK and PRC Employment Ordinance and other related legislation
• A good team player, self-motivated, strong interpersonal skills,results-oriented with positive attitude and able to perform in a fast-paced environment
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Candidate with less relevant experience will be considered as Officer
