Job Description
- Degree in B.S./Electrical/Mechanical Discipline from a Hong Kong Polytechnic or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years solid experience in the capacity of Resident Building Services Engineer
- Corporate member of relevant professional institutions (HKIE, CIBSE, IMechE, IET)
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in supervision and project administration of large scale residential or composite building projects or equivalent
- Be able to work independently and have strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Familiar with government regulations and code of practice specification
- Grade E or above in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination, or equivalent
- Knowledge in AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel and Project
