Role:

• Implement and check adherence to the BIM Delivery Guide
• Understand planning and technical attributes of pre-contribution and integrate information with advanced CAD/modeling applications
• Closely work with the BIM team as a 3D/4D/5D modeling resource for construction management
• Perform quality checks of BIM components for usability and accuracy
• Maintain current knowledge with BIM technology and interoperability standards
• Perform additional virtual construction tasks as assigned by manager to support construction management duties

Requirement:

• Certificate/Diploma/Degree holder in building construction related disciplines
• A minimum of 2 years BIM experience in civil construction field.
• In-depth working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit®
• General understanding of project workflow from design through construction 
• Experience in 5D BIM and railway infrastructure will be an advantage
• Objective decision-making and problem solving skills are also desired
• Fluency in Chinese and English
