• Responsible for general office administrative and clerical duties
• Prepare quotations and follow-up orders
• Carry out tender preparation
• To handle the application form to Building Department
• Handle telephone/email enquiries and follow up
• Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties

   Requirements: 

• Diploma or above
• Well-organized, detail-minded, strong sense of responsibility & willing to learn
• Good command of written and spoken in Cantonese and English 
• Accurate word processing in English and Chinese (速成  / 倉頡 / 拼音)
• Proficient in MS Word & Excel
• Pleasant personality, good communication & interpersonal skills
