Job Duties: 

Test Operations Team

• Managing daily operation of production line of the shift
• Responsible for supervise and control of daily productivity. 
• Material resources planning.  
• Monitor production line including floor supervision, testing and backend line issues and lots issue; 
• Drive 6S activities and visual management. 

Preventive Maintenance Team

• Managing the daily operation of hardware testing and repairing and preventive maintenance
• Responsible for supervise and control of daily operation
• Maintenance schedule planning
• Monitor hardware efficiency, storage, schedule planning and hardware issue
• Drive 6S activities and visual management

Requirement: 

• Knowledge of Production & Quality Control/Preventive Maintenance in electronics industry
• At least 5-year experience in production/equipment management
• Decision making, Strong leadership, Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good command in English & Chinese

Applicant with more experience will be considered as Production Shift Supervisor
