Job Description

Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
-
Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in local building construction project

Has site Q.S. experience is an advantage
-
In-depth experience in handling building projects, particularly in preparation of subletting contracts, assessment of variations, measurement, payments, estimating and cost control
-
Good command of both written English and Chinese

Hands-on PC skills including WORD & EXCEL

To be stationed on site if required
