Our client is a sizable Listed Hong Kong Conglomerate, their business coverage including mainly all type of property development and management, hospitality, investment, manufacturer and retailer across Asia Pacific. They are seeking for an experience Human Resources talent to join their group.

Responsibilities

• Participate in full employee life cycle and monitor daily HR operation in recruitment, C&B, employee relations, training and performance management
• Work closely with line managers to provide professional advice on manpower planning for supporting business operations
• Assist to develop, formulate, implement HR strategies & policies to ensure in compliance with legal requirements
• Prepare various HR reports and analysis for management review
• Ensure the overall administration of the salary payment, pension and taxation
• Perform and deliver special projects as assigned

Requirements

• Degree holder or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 6 years of work experience in HR in sizable companies
• Familiar with HK and China Employment Ordinance is preferred
• A good team player, self-motivated, strong interpersonal skills, well organized with strong sense of responsibility and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Immediately available / short notice is highly preferred
