Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit structural calculation according to the design drawings, project specification and working program as required by the project team
• Prepare and review structural calculation for tendering
• Coordinate the design calculation with the design team and liaise the submission to Building Department
• Resolve any site changes or discrepancies raised by the Project team
• Assist and revise calculation as per the Architect commented/ As Built Shop Drawing
• Coordinate with laboratory for the material testing as per the contract requirement
• Maintain proper filing record of calculations related to the structural issues

 Requirements:

• Degree in Structural Engineering/ Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years experience in Façade Engineering
• Familiar with SAP2000/ STRAND 7 is a must
• Proficiency in MS Office application, Chinese Word Processing and AutoCAD
• Proactive, well-organized, independent and able to work under pressure
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Structural Engineer
