• A Registered Professional Engineer (Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical engineering);
• 10 years post qualification experiences, with at least five years relevant experiences in building services co-ordination in hospital / healthcare projects;
• Strong interpersonal communication skills;
• Work on Site.
