Reports to: Chief Financial Officer

KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:

• Support cross-functional team implementation of strategies and key initiatives developed by the Senior Management Team (SMT)
• Identify opportunity for innovative solutions to drive improvement and transformation of existing operations and processes
• Cultivate risk management and governance control awareness in the organization and implement; monitoring policies and control systems in accordance with global and local standards to address business and compliance-related issues
• Enhance business performance reports for SMT to support decision-making
• Act as a Key Business Partner in liaison with global and domestic stakeholders and partners
• Manage stakeholder and process workflows to ensure successful implementation of solutions
• Participate in ad hoc projects and peer group internal review as required;

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Degree holder in business related discipline
• A minimum of 10 years relevant working experiences, preferably in a Shared Service model
• Strong drivers for Transformation & Controlling with good insights of Industry Trends and Practices
• Exposures in a Business Manager role is a plus
• Proven business requirements gathering and process/workflow analysis skills with strong troubleshooting skills
• Ability to understand and manage stakeholders
• Responsible, detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks independently and be a team player
• Proactive and with a can-do and adaptable attitude
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese

This position is on a 6 to 8 months contract basis.
