Role:

• Lead and monitor all construction activities, project timelines, quality control issues, resolution, and documentation for assigned projects
• Act as a liaison for the Company, architect and other consultants
• Manage all financial aspects and control construction costs for assigned projects
• Create and update summary and status reports on projects

Requirement:

• Bachelors Degree holder in civil / structural engineering disciplines
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in managing construction projects, especially public housing as well as design & build projects
• Knowledge of local building laws
• Member of HKIE is an advantage but not essential
• Strong project management and organization skills
• Excellent analytical and leadership skills
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Cantonese
• Suitable candidate will be considered as Construction Director (Overseas)
