Role:

• Oversee the construction project including quality control, progress monitoring, design coordination, value enhancement, project planning and overall administration
• Coordinate with professional site team including architects, structural engineers, E&M consultants, QS consultants to facilitate timely supply of construction information and resolve construction problems.
• Closely coordinate with the consultants to monitor stage handover of works area to ensure the works to be carried out by different subcontractors in a well managed sequential order.
• Monitor the subcontractors to implement the approved safety plans and provide safety measures as required to ensure site safety.
• Supervise site works to ensure compliance with the contract specification and drawings

Requirements:

• MCIOB or corporate member of other construction related professional institutes.
• Minimum 10 years experience in construction field
• Familiar with construction concepts, practices, and procedures
• Familiar with applications and quality control of various building and finishing materials
• Strong leadership, communication, time and project management skills
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Cantonese
