Responsibilities:

• Sales data entry in ERP.
• Monitor shops stock movement records.
• Effective communication & co-ordination with internal and external parties.
• Handle customers equiries and complaints through phone, email. etc
• Handle customers equiries in a professional manner.
• Follow up customer-related cases.
• Provide administrative and clerical support for sales activities.
• Assist in Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above or equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years or above relevant experience.
• Positive attitude, be responsible,  attend to details.
• Good PC operations knowledge, particularly in MS Excel.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese is definitely an advantage.
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
