Job Duties: 

You will be part of the bancassurance team with the responsibility to develop and strengthen the relationship with bank front-line sales team partnering to achieve sales targets.

 Responsibilities:

• Be responsible to coaching/supervision of sales team to achieve sales target.
• Build and develop relationship with banking partners and their sales force.
• Develop training modules for the bancassurance team.
• Conduct training sessions related to products and sales techniques.
• Facilitate communication between the Bank front-line sales team and client’s internal team.
• Provide daily sales support including sales support materials and motivational tool-kits to drive sales process.
• Liaise and work closely with back office to ensure excellence in service delivery.

 Requirements:

• University/ College graduate with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in bank or insurance, preferably with experience in medical insurance, life insurance and bancassurance.
• Background in Insurance agent with proven sales record is an advantage.
• Possess valid insurance licenses IIQE I & II is a must.
• Able to communicate effectively and possess strong presentation skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Chinese (written and spoken) is required. Mandarin is highly desirable.
