A Hong Kong listed conglomerate is looking for a Senior C&B Manager to join their professional yet energetic team.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to General Manager, you will take a key role in the management and operations in the C&B department
• Carry out all C&B related matters including payroll, taxation, leave management, final payment, MPF contributions, employee’s compensation etc
• Manage payroll & benefits administration while formulating best practices in alignment to company objective based on up to date market trends and data.
• Enhancement of C&B policies and procedures
• Lead in the annual salary review exercise while providing adequate recommendation as necessary
• Responsible for the headcount and personnel cost annual budget and quarterly forecast process
• Regular reporting and analysis duties will be required for management review
• Review, develop and implement various HR process / policies /compensation and benefit programs, such as salaries, long-term and short-term incentives, job evaluations, salary increases, salary surveys, tax treatment of compensation programs, financial and proxy disclosure and analysis to keep the Company at a competitive position
• Review the HR workflow and determine potential areas for driving re-engineering with an aim to boost the effectiveness and process governance
• Lead and assist on ad hoc projects and initiatives on C&B

Requirements

• Degree holder in Human Resources or related discipline
• Minimum 10 years of work experience in human resources management with hands-on experience in compensation and benefits (including payroll) in multinational companies
• Strategic with a 'hands on' approach
• Strong analytical skills and good numerical sense
• A good team player with good communication & interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, self-motivated
