Responsibilities

• Assist to lead and supervise Project / Modernization team in carrying out the project programmes
• Ensure completion on project schedule and resources, as well as compliance to contract requirement
• Monitor the progress and work with internal departments & external suppliers to ensure on-time delivery
• Coordinate and work closely with Government sectors such as EMSD and Housing Authority to ensure all projects in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Quality, Safety and cost control are required

 Requirements

• Degree / High Diploma in Building Services / Mechanical/ Electrical, Electronic Engineering courses or equivalent
• 3 years' project management experience in E&M/ Construction field 
• Experience in lift/elevator industry is highly preferable 
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Independent, self-motivated and detail-attentive 
• Able to work under pressure       
• Fluent in spoken & written English and Chinese
  
• Candidate with less experience would be considered as Assistant Engineer
