JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Lead / Coordinate with different cross-functional regional teams (including Finance, Sales, Warehouse and Logistics Team) to develop the best strategy for business planning
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue generation forecasting and provide realistic business plans to achieve the goal
• Analyze and work with different kinds of data and bring impact to whole organization
• Provide Guidance, support and coaching to the teams
• Manage the cost control of different cross-functional regional teams
• Maintain good relationship with existing clients and vendors
• Good business negotiation skills

REQUIREMENTS:

• BS degree in business, management, engineering or other related discipline with minimum 10 years management experience in the manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Strong people management skills
• Station in Hong Kong
• Proficient and English and Cantonese
