Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage benefits administration and C&B, rewards and recognition policy review
- Lead and implement the performance appraisal process for the Group
- Leading the annual salary review, bonus & equity programme
- Monitoring and reviewing the Company's benefits packages
- Plan for and fully project manage the regional annual salary and bonus review
- Work closely with the HR and HR Operational team as a subject matter expert to support the roll-out of compensation and benefit related systems
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources discipline or other related discipline with at least 10 years relevant experience in Sizable / MNC Firms
- Strong Knowledge in the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
- Proficient written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
