Job Description
Responsibilities
- Prepare and consolidate all C&B related reports to the Senior Management
- Support the running of compensation survey, prepare data analysis and regular reports
- Dealing with different C&B programs, including salary bench-marking and job evaluation
- Support in Bonus and Pay review exercise as well as the insurance/ medical plan review
Requirements
- Degree Holder in Human Resources or related disciplines with at least 3 years C&B experience
- Strong in data analysis and report consolidation
- Experience in PeopleSoft HR System is an advantage
- Proficient in PowerPoint and MS Excel
- Excellent in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
