Our Client

Our client is an international firm in professional services with over 5000 employees globally and Asia offices in Hong Kong, PRC, and Singapore

The Role

• Respond to end users and clients on technology-related issues
• Organize, and conduct educational and end-user support activities
• Provide deskside coaching and best-practices advice
• Design and develop standardized instructional programs
• Deliver regional and local technology instruction in-person or online
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource to team members within the office and the region
• Write technical articles for the internal knowledge base on identified issues, and resolutions 
• Attend internal “train-the-trainer” programs, and personal technology skills-development seminars
• Develop instructional programs and materials that contribute uniquely to local-office practices
• Evaluate technology-training needs, and analyzes the effectiveness of education-delivery methods

To Qualify

• Degree in information systems or education or equivalent
• 5 years of related experience in technology training and knowledge management
• A good understanding of information management and research
• Ability to translate technical features into business processes and user-friendly learning modules
• Ability to write technical quick reference guides, and respond to inquiries from users and manager
• Excellent interpersonal, team-building and customer service skills
• Excellent English oral and written communication skills
