Responsibilities:

• Perform and monitor daily settlement operation, including securities, futures & options in Hong Kong Market and Global Markets
• Monitor day to day settlement procedures
• Ensure all processing transactions are complied with all relevant regulators and in-house policies
• Participate in new system development, UAT and workflow procedure design
• Assist in ad-hoc Projects and tasks assigned by the management

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
• At least 3 years of experience in operations and settlement at financial industry
• Knowledge and solid experience in handling US stock option settlement is a must
• Familiar with local and overseas settlement system/practices such as CCASS and DCASS
• Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail and able to work independently with multi-tasking
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
