• Degree or above in Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Discipline;
• Corporate membership of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers or other professional bodies (Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Discipline);
• At least  5 year's relevant post qualification working experience;
• Strong interpersonal communication skills;
• Candidates with less experiences will be considered as Assistant Building Services Engineer.
