Our Group was established in Hong Kong in 2006, primarily as an importer of Iberico ham under the brand Pata Negra House.  We create, select and distribute the very finest of Spanish and French gastronomy to premium retailers and renowned hotels and restaurants.  We also operate retail outlets under the brands Pata Negra House, Summum Iberico, Tapas Box and Le Gourmet.
