Job Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts
• Generate reports (P&L, balance sheet and other breakdowns)
• Meet corporate month end closing requirements in ERP on a timely basis
• Handle purchase and sales operations workflow, online shop transactions, etc.
• Monitor and follow up AP & AR in a timely manner
• Bank reconciliations and monitor the cash flow movements
• Handle inter-company transactions and reconciliation.
• Prepare budgeting & forecast 
• Ad hoc assignments as required

Job Requirements:

• Degree / Higher Diploma holder in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• Qualified Accountant under ACCA/HKICPA/ Student
• At least 2 years accounting work experience, highly preference in trading company 
• Knowledge in MYOB/ ERP and sophisticated skill in MS Office, especially in MS Excel 
• A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, independent, result-oriented.
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. 
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
