Responsibilities

- Support Relationship Managers in providing sales supporting service to HNW clients;

- Establish and maintain good relationship with existing and potential clients;

- Cooperation with other business support departments and third-parties to ensure smooth transaction processing;

- Deliver customer-oriented service to exceed client expectations;

- Act as clients’ key contact point in initiating order instructions, monitoring transaction payment, and preparing related documentations.

Requirements

- Degree holder in Business, Finance or related disciplines

- Minimum 4 years of experience in Customer Service, preferably in Private Banking or Wealth Management

- Solid experience in building and maintaining valuable relationship with customer

- SFC license Type 1 holder

- Sales-oriented, excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
