Job Description
Responsibilities
- Participate on project execution;
- Assist on performance reporting and automation on reports to improve efficiency;
- Support on planning delivery schedule on stock replenishment to China;
- Participate on preparing flowchart of processes, user guide and training material;
- Work closely with other departments to follow up logistics processes;
- Provide ad hoc support to managers.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Logistics or supply chain disciplines;
- 1 year or above logistics working experience, familiar with operations on cross-border e-commerce trade to China is preferable;
- Independent, self-motivated and good team-player;
- Good communication skills in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin;
- Proficient PC skills, Word and Excel, acknowledge of SAP & VBA & Macro is preferable;
- Immediate available is an advantage.
