Assistant Finance Manager (Systems and Revenue) (Ref: 22000TY)

Major Duties and Responsibilities
The appointee shall mainly be responsible for the following:

• Assisting the Finance Manager (Systems and Revenue) to lead a team to perform day-to-day operations, including revenue collection and accounts receivable, system revision and change of merchant acquiring service, etc.;
• Providing system support and training on Oracle Financials, HRMS, and other ERP systems for Finance Office;
• Identifying and implementing other system enhancement projects to increase productivities;
• Coordinating teams for system enhancement and process improvement;
• Monitoring the preparation and execution of User Acceptance Test and training; and;
• Performing any other duties as assigned.

Candidates
Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence:

• A recognized degree in accounting or equivalent with at least 2 years’ post-qualification experience in accounting or financial analysis;
• Professional accounting qualification preferably; 
• Good communication and inter-personal skills and good command of English and Chinese (preferably including Putonghua);
• Logical mind with service mindset, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility and meticulousness;
• Strong system sense and computer skills, e.g. MS Office;
• Hands-on experience in Oracle Financials is a definite advantage; and
• Experience in implementation of accounting system and/or other ERP systems will be an advantage.
