Responsibilities:

• Responsible for supporting retail activation and in-store merchandising in Hong Kong & Macau
• Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing various shopping mall/landlord’s promotion activities
• Liaise with agency and internal departments to execute in-store displays, special events, and marketing collaterals
• Prepare materials for the retail outlets and online shop; provide support in composing, updating, and maintaining marketing materials related to merchandize presentation and loyalty programme
• Work with operation team and internal departments to enhance customer’s purchase experience and achieve business objective; regular store-visit are required
• Conduct store consumer research and formulate evaluation reports on effectiveness of marketing campaigns
• Handle ad hoc projects assigned by management

 Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related disciplines
• 4-6 years marketing experience (preferable in the Retail/FMCG industry)
• Excellent presentation, communication skills and interpersonal skills, independent, self-motivated, responsible, proactive
• Good time management and able to work under pressure and tight deadline
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and Chinese word-processing is a must
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including mandarin
• Immediate available is preferred
