l Handle full set of accounts and financial reports
l Prepare monthly financial statement and interim/annual reports
l Prepare monthly consolidation
l Coordinate and liaise with external auditor and tax advisor on audit and tax issues
l Review valuation reports prepared by external valuation consultants
l Ensure the accounting treatment on the Group’s financial products comply with accounting standards
l Prepare interim and annual financial statements
l Perform ad hoc assignments as required
Requirement
l Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related discipline;
l At least 5 years working experience with minimum of 3 years of financial institution experience;
l Experience in Big 4 will be an advantage but not a must
l Member of HKICPA or equivalent is preferred
l Solid experience in financial reporting
l Familiar with HK accounting standards, HK listing rules, securities and futures regulations and other related regulations
