Finance & HR Manager

Our client is a multinational trading company. They are looking for a hands-on and detail-minded talent to lead a small team and oversee all Finance & HR-related job duties.

• HR & Finance role
• Experience in system implementation project
• Trading background is a huge advantage

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all-rounded finance duties, including full-set accounting, month-end closing, management reporting, and financial reporting
• Take charge of financial review, budgeting, forecasting, planning & analysis, and cash flow projection
• Coordinate annual audit, statutory financial statements in compliance with the Group
• Communicate with external auditors, bankers, and tax advisors
• Handle full spectrum of HR and admin duties
• Ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree holder or equivalent in Accounting / Finance or any related discipline
• Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in MNC trading corporations
• Candidate with external audit background and CPA qualification is highly preferred
• Strong command of English & Chinese, both in writing and speaking
• Experience in system implementation is a huge advantage
• Ability to work independently & effectively with all levels within an organization
