• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions for Asia Pacific markets, including payment to vendors, invoice booking, staff reimbursement, inter-company reconciliation, etc.
• Perform operating expenses review
• Prepare monthly accounting reports
• Assist in ad hoc assignments and provide support to the department

• Degree holder in Accounting and student member of professional body is preferred
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in sizable organizations or MNC
• Able to work independently but also collaboratively with cross functional teams
• Attention to details with good analytical skills
• Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Knowledge of SAP is a must
• Singapore and Malaysia GST concept is required
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Excellent Excel skill
