Job Duties:

• Perform general daily accounting operation which include accounts payable and receivable, issuing cheques, preparation of payment vouchers, month-end schedule, etc.
• Communicate with internal and external parties by phone and email
• Perform general clerical works such as data entries, filing, scanning and computer operation
• Other ad hoc duties as required

 Job Requirements

• Diploma or above in Accounting or related discipline
• Proficient in MS Office Application including MS Word and Excel
• Knowledge in MYOB accounting system is preferred but not essential
• Good communications and interpersonal skills, active, responsible, and able to work independently
• Willing to learn and work under pressure
• Fresh graduates will be considered
