WHAT YOU WILL DO?

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:

• Responsible for deployment of Expat associate immigration process end to end. Manage efficient deployment of the processes for Expat Arrival, Orientation, Compliance and Return / Exit.
• Liaison with internal and external stakeholders, pro-active identification of issues and providing timely resolutions.
• Ideate innovative practices for immigration administration support effectiveness. Staying up to date with emerging legislations, rules to provide inputs for reimagining the future of work.
• Execute process improvements assuring benchmark level of service delivery for immigration administration support process aligning with policy and practices.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts across teams to promote data governance
• Responsible to ensure timely updation of excel tracker and report status and analytics timely as per needs.
• Performs regular audits to check all immigration related documents are in place and complied.
• Support employee connects and address grievances. Talent Engagement and management activities
• Create awareness of new policy, process, or system available in the organization
• Additional projects as assigned

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?

• HR experience
• University degree
• Minimum 5 years and above of overall experience may apply
• Prior Expats Immigration experience preferred
• Knowledge of local legislation and/or visa process and onboarding process
• We prefer English ,Cantonese and Mandarin as language preferences
• Highly organized
• Exceptional problem soling and analytical skills
• Advance excel and MS Office skills
• Prior data management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
