Responsibilities:

• To be reponsible for staff training and development
• To collaborate with all services units to ensure occupational safety and health
• To plan and execute grade management and other human resources issues

• Degree holder and preferably in management or related discipline
• At least 5 years' experience in management, NGO setting preferred
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Solid knowledge and experience in administration and human resources management and strong sense of IT knowledge
