Job responsibilities:

• Prepare the Quotation, Sales Order, Invoice Handling, provide Supports to Sales and Operations Department
• Closely communicate with local & oversea customers, responsible for logistics and payment arrangement
• Answer customers enquire and solve the problems through the phone call.
• Follow up on documentation and perform sales and operations administrative duties
• Coordinate and support marketing and CRM activities
• Handles ad-hoc assignments and customer programs

 Job requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good telephone manner and communication skills
• 1 years experience in CS/dental industry is preferred
• Knowledge in MS Office and ERP system would be an advantage
• Good working attitude, polite, pleasant, punctual & patient
• Fresh graduate will be considered
