Responsibilities:

• Provide advisory on financial crime risk and regulatory issue
• Monitor all activities in relations to financial crime compliance while providing recommendation
• Provide advisory service on AML/CFT related matters including CDD, AML/CFT compliance control and other AML/CFT related matters on a day-to-day basis/Conduct AML/CFT assurance reviews on business and operation units including subsidiaries of the Group
• Assist to formulate and update AML/CFT related policies, group standards and procedures, ensuring regulatory changes are reflected in policy documents
• Review higher-risk customer relationship according to established policies and standards, and product assessment to ensure the associated ML/TF risk and mitigating measures are properly addressed
• Design AML/CFT related training materials and deliver training to relevant staff members in accordance with AML/CFT training program
• Provide support to the bank-wide AML/CFT related tasks / projects
• Provide support to the Group Head of AML & Financial Crime Risk on AML/CFT related meeting

• Bachelor degree of above in Business Administartion, Banking and Finance, Risk and relevant disciplines
• Minimum 4~8 years’ experience in financial services with exposure to AML/CFT, compliance, audit or risk management
• Familiar with AML related regulatory requirements. AML related professional qualifications (e.g. AAMLP, CAMLP) is plus
