*Work with various business lines on AML related issues

*Lead the AML compliance team in daily operation

*Lead the team to perform ongoing AML monitoring of clients and their transactions and analyzes the AML risks of clients, transactions and business projects

*Establish/review internal AML policy and procedures and ensure sufficient internal control system on AML 

*Identify the AML risks on projects/transactions/businesses and perform ad-hoc review and checking as necessary

*Plan and implementing corrective and remidial measures on AMLd deficiencies as necessary 

*Gap analysis and update the firm's internal AML system according to regulatory developments from time to time

*Provide training on AML topics

*Draft internal/external reports of AML matters

Job Requirements

*Degree in business/law related discipline

*Minimum 7 years of experience in Compliance/AML with substantial experiences on AML matters

*Experience in handling AML/KYC review for institutional and retail clients in reputable and full service securities firms

*Familiar with KYC due diligence check, account opening procedures, daily AML checkings and advisory, and SAS system  

*Proficient knowledge and in-depth understanding in AML regulations and relevant regulatory requirements of the SFC

*Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese and English, fluent Mandarin is a of advantage

*Good interpersonal and communication skills

*Strong analytical skills
