Job Description
- Certificate or above in Civil Engineering, Building Construction or related
- Holder of TCP1 Qualification or equivalent
- Holder of Certificate in Safety Supervisor
- Minimum 15 years relevant experiences in building works
- Solid site experience in lead a team of foreman to supervise a small scale project or a substantial portion of large scale project is preferrable
- Good communication skills and proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in computer applications, e.g. MS Word and MS Excel
- Responsible for Monitoring and follow site progress.
- Coordinate and inspection of all trade sequence of works.
- Quality, setting out, workmanship checking according to specification.
- Responsible for material ordering and checking.
- Supervise direct labours for site and safety works.
