Requirements       : 

• Diploma or higher in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering / Building Studies or equivalent;
• 8 years or above in tendering / QS experience
• Experience in estimating is an advantage;
• Good practical experience in Foundation works in an advantage
• Candidate with site works experience is essential;
• Able to work independently and under pressure to meet the target;
• Priority will be given to those who are willing to develop in estimating field

 Responsibilities:  

• Review tender documents and prepare cost estimates analysis
• Take off quantity from provided drawings
• Liaise with sub-contractors and/or consultants to ensure estimations are competitive
• Review tender material specifications and liaise with suppliers accordingly
• Update all cost data and maintain vendors/suppliers/service providers/subcontractors list
• Project budgeting and cost control
• Explore new opportunities
