Responsibilities:

In alignment with the creative directions, merchandising and branding guidelines, you will work closely with commercial team and product manager to develop exceptional new product lines for a young jewellery brand.

• Proactively stay up-to-date with the market and industry trends by conducting research and analysis
• Create presentation to visualize creative idea
• Design and develop jewellery products with high standards of quality and craftsmanship according to product planning and creative direction
• Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bridge design specifications and production feasibility.
• Actively assist in prototyping process ensure high quality and completeness, provide technical solution to support the brand product development when required
• Adhere to design calendar and deadlines, manage workflow.
• Occasional travel to China may be required

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma holder in Design or related discipline
• Minimum 7 years of solid experience in fine jewellery design
• Demonstrate working knowledge of gemstones, metals and materials in jewellery manufacturing.
• Proficiency in illustrator, Photoshop applications. CAD and/or Rhino experience preferred.
• Strong awareness of market needs and fashion trend in China and Hong Kong markets.
• Self-motivated, detail-minded with good communication & presentation skills
• Fluency in both written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Designer
