Accountabilities – Key Result Areas

• Act as the subject matter expert in digital and consumer applications (e.g., E-Commerce, CRM)
• Participate in digital transformation projects in the areas of business requirements collection, process development, functional spec development, testing etc.
• Manage both internal and external resources for system enhancements and projects
• Manage business demands, analyze business requirements and ensure consistent communication to all stakeholders across all levels on project status, issues and risks
• Work with cross-functional teams to design, evaluate, and prioritize product features to shape the development roadmap of Company’s digital transformation
• Support the business to ensure smooth production systems operations
• Apply ITIL methodology in problem, issue change and enhancement management

• Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
• 5 years’ online product management or E-Commerce platform management experience
• Experience in e-Commerce platform e.g. Shopify, Web application, mobile APP, O2O, CRM and/or digital transformation, preferable in retail industry
• Familiar with project management lifecycles
• Strong communicator, both verbal and written, proven ability to coordinate different teams of Vendors, Internal Developers and Marketing
• Fast learner for various online and offline retail business processes
• Strong written and verbal language efficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
