Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Manager in project management execution process
- Liaise with internal departments, operations team and landlord etc. on aligning design and E&M matters
- Liaise with government authorities to resolve statutory issues and facilitate smooth project progress
- Monitor and supervise contractor and suppliers to ensure quality and safety standards are properly fulfilled
- Prepare and consolidate necessary documents including forms and photo record, etc.
- Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned by Project Manager
Requirements:
- Higher diploma holder or above in Building Services or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant on site experience preferably gained in F&B industry
- Knowledge in regulation & procedure of Building Department in a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD
- Self-motivated, independent, with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command in both written & spoken English and Chinese
